Candy AI Shorts / Contact and DMCA
Contact and DMCA notices
Corrections, press requests, and copyright notices are handled by email. Below is where to write and what to include.
General contact
Write to contact@candyaishorts.org for corrections, press inquiries, and questions about the site. Mail is read within a few business days. Account, billing, cancellation, and playback problems on the platform are outside this site's reach; those belong to the platform's own support channels, since the publisher is not part of Candy.ai or candyshorts.com.
Sending a correction
Name the page and the sentence, and add a source if you have one. Prices, episode counts, and features change often, and a dated correction is the quickest way to keep a page accurate. Confirmed corrections are applied and the page is re-dated.
Copyright and DMCA
The site publishes its own text and its own or placeholder graphics. It hosts no video and reproduces no official artwork. If you nonetheless believe material here infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to dmca@candyaishorts.org with the subject line DMCA notice. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notice must contain:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of an agent authorized to act for you;
- identification of the work you say is infringed, or a representative list if there are several;
- the exact address of the material on this site;
- your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
A complete notice is processed within a few business days. An incomplete one is returned with a note on what is missing. Knowingly misrepresenting a claim can create liability under § 512(f).
Counter-notices
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was an error, your name, address, and telephone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, of any district where the publisher may be found), together with your agreement to accept service from the person who filed the original notice.
Trademarks and creators
The publisher is independent of Candy.ai, Candy Shorts, and EverAI Ltd. The licensed creator twins are described factually and without explicit detail, from public sources. Rights holders and creators with a concern about how they are described may write to either address above; messages are answered in good faith.
Privacy requests
Requests to access or delete personal data go to the general contact address. The privacy policy describes the small amount the site stores.
Reporting a scam
If a site used the Candy Shorts name to collect card details or push a download, send the address and a short account of what happened, without attaching any file. Confirmed patterns are added to the leaks page so the next reader can recognize them.
